1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clubify's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Clubify provides a website and content management platform designed specifically for GAA clubs. Our services include website hosting, content management tools, fixture tracking, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use Clubify, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Be authorised to act on behalf of your club

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Upload malicious code or content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Clubify (text, images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our Content

Clubify and its design, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are in Euros and are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Your access will continue until the end of your billing period
You can export your data before the account is closed
Your data will be deleted within 30 days after the subscription ends

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clubify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Clubify harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
